The journal holds a B rank, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
Yes; if the Ministry of Science awards an academic rank to a journal, at least the three previous issues will also hold the same rank.
The reviewers consist of faculty members who are experts in the article's subject matter and conduct reviews anonymously (neither the authors will know who reviewed their articles, nor will the reviewers know the identity of the authors).
