Writing Style and Article Acceptance Conditions
- The article must be the result of scientific research on topics related to comparative theology (Kalam).
- The editorial board reserves the right to reject, accept, and edit articles.
- The progress and delay of article publication are determined by the review and opinion of the editorial board.
- The author is responsible for the accuracy of the article's content.
- Each article should have a line spacing of 1, margins of 4 cm on both sides, a maximum of 20 A4 pages (using B Nazanin 12 font), and adhere to the script approved by the Persian Language and Literature Academy.
- Articles must be typed in Microsoft Word (versions 2007, 2010, or 2013) and submitted through the journal's system at jcst.atu.ac.ir.
- On the title page, the sequence should be: article title (B Nazanin 15), subtitle (B Nazanin 13), author(s) name(s) (B Nazanin 13), academic rank, and name of the university or affiliated organization (the same font), abstract (5 to 8 lines), keywords (5 to 7 words), with the corresponding author's contact number and email address included in the footnote. This information should also be provided in English on a separate page.
- The article should not exceed 6500 words.
- Images, tables, and graphs should be supplied with detailed descriptions on separate pages.
- Each article must include an introduction, materials and methods, discussion, and conclusion.
- Explanatory notes should be presented as footnotes at the end of the article.
- References for all citations (direct and indirect) should be formatted as follows: (Author's last name, year of publication: page number).
* If multiple works by the same author are published in one year, distinguish them with letters A, B, etc., after the year.
* For books with more than three authors, use "et al." after the first author's name; for works without an author, cite the book title; for institutional works, cite the institution's name.
- Non-Persian sources should be cited in their original language.
- The reference list should be organized alphabetically as follows:
* Book: Last name, First name (author/authors). (Year of publication). Book title. Names and roles of contributors (editor, translator, etc.). Edition. Place of publication: Publisher.
* Article: Last name, First name (author/authors). (Year of publication). "Title." Journal name. Volume/issue. Page numbers.
* Collection: Last name, First name (author/authors). (Year of publication). "Title." Editor's name. Collection title. Place of publication: Publisher. Article page numbers.
* Internet sites: Last name, First name. (Last revision date on the website). "Subject title" [in quotation marks]. Website name and URL.
- The copyright of the article, upon acceptance, belongs exclusively to the Shia Comparative Kalam biannual journal, and the author may not submit it to another publication.
Submissions will not be returned.
Authors are required to download, complete, and sign the commitment form, then scan and send it along with their article file.
